Established in 2006, HQ Recruiters is a Woman Owned boutique HR consulting firm based in Ohio, that specializes in recruitment and selection, employee engagement and relations, small business management, candidate sourcing, and retention. Engagements often involve an on-site element along with embedded consultants/recruiters who act as your Talent Acquisition or HR departments.  Its principals collectively bring over 50 years of strategic and tactical business experience to the organization which is utilized to enhance their clients' performance and profitability.
